Isn’t that the truth? That’s why I believe family photography is so important: it can document and preserve a moment in time.
The Truth is… You happily devote all the selfless love and time to your family – cuddles, schedules, wiping tears, and reading stories. When you’re in the moment, it feels like you’ll never forget, yet I know how much these vivid experiences become muted with time as a parent myself.

How, you're wondering? It all goes back to a fateful meeting in Hawaii...
I grew up in El Salvador, known for its gorgeous beaches and delicious pupusas. On a vacation to Hawaii, I met Trevor, my husband, stationed there with the U.S. Army. Hawaii is where I fell in love and started my photography business. After his service, we decided to raise our family back in Trevor's home state, Michigan.
We have three sweet kiddos in our family (and two angels in heaven). We have a busy house! One of my kids is autistic and nonverbal, it has taught me so much gratitude, acceptance, empathy and patience.
I've always firmly believed that God has a plan. Part of that plan is helping families preserve the beautiful memories of today to look back and see how beautiful life is, and yes, be proud! Because you survive through the chaos of raising a family in this busy era.
